Conditions of Use New Zealand Tattoo Supply Ltd grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of NZ Tattoo Supply.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information and access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
NZ Tattoo Supply Ltd do not sell products for children. If you are under 18, you may use NZ Tattoo Supply only with involvement of a parent or guardian. NZ Tattoo Supply reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
Product Descriptions
NZ Tattoo Supply attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, NZ Tattoo Supply does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by NZ Tattoo Supply itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Site Policy, Alterations and Modifications
We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
Return Policy
If you need to return a product to us for any reason, please call our Phone Number 06 3535006 Monday through Friday 9.00 AM to 5:00 PM All returns MUST be notified to us within 7 days of receipt .
Returns will be refunded or credited the cost of the returned item less the shipping cost.
Most items are returnable if in unused and unopened condiition with the exception of Inks which are not returnable in any circumstance.
Customers will incur the cost of return delivery. Goods must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase complete with packaging slip or invoice.
Shipping
All orders are shipped by Courier, please note that we consider the courier company or any authorised carrier to be your agent, once we deliver your goods to the courier company or carrier we no longer take responsibility for them. Any loss or damage to your goods after delivery by us to the courier company or carrier is not our responsibility and no liability will be accepted.
NZ Tattoo Supply reserves the right to decline and order that does not meet our policies.
If you place and pay for an order and are found to be in breach of our "Professionals Only" Policy, we will provide a refund minus a $10.00 admin fee.
