Trade Policy

When submitting your first order online you will be contacted by a PowerHouse Tattoo Supply representative to verify your business activity. No Hobby Tattooists please. Do not be offended by this  – We do this to protect the professional artist and the tattoo community. Once you have been verified as a Business/Trade customer we will dispatch your order with NZ Couriers within 24hrs of receipt of payment. 

NOTE: If you place and pay for an order and are found to be in breach of our 'Professionals Only' policy, we will provide a refund minus a $20.00 Admin fee.  If you prefer not to order through the website then please send us an email to nztsoffice@gmail.com or phone us on 06 3535006. We can take your credit card details over the phone, pay by Direct Credit or Cheque. 

PAYMENT METHODS

All purchases need to be paid in full before delivery.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Credit Card Payments ,Please provide: Card Number,Expiry Date,Validation Number (last 3 numbers on back of card).

Direct Credit - Please include name Order number and Business name  when entering payment (failure to do so may delay your order)

RETURNS

Please contact us immediately if you receive wrongly supplied or damaged goods.                                                                                                                                 Please return this product to us within 4 days.

Allow 1-2 working days for Business to Business destinations, if ordered and paid for before 1pm .
